Beer is done!

Bottled my Maple Ale after 3 weeks in the secondary for a total of 4 weeks fermentation. Drinking the last bit now minus the carbonation. It is very strong, but pleasant. I have 3 more caes of the milk stout that I brewed a year ago, so I hope to finish that by the first of the year, so I can start enjoying this new one!
